Congratulations Sarah. A lot of gratitude goes to you for the way you manage Cedar Cottage. I have a small Cottage in Toowoomba and operate a similar philosophy. Guests love the vege garden, sense of unhurried and abundance of birdlife in the city. Sustainability is an area I am currently reviewing. Keep up the great beauty of slow travel and living.

Just had my 60th birthday here,was a mid week event and to have a chef cooking for the 6 of us was fantastic ,we were able to truly relax,she also made home made pizza for the second night - all was very Moorish including the vegetarian pizza- thanks so much guys!it's a great way to get family together

We stayed there early May 22 - It truly is beautful, the grounds, the accommodation, all of it. We would highly, highly recommend this place if you are visiting the Launceston area.

Scandi simplicity (exterior and interior) meets lush Sunshine Coast Hinterland - what could be a better combination? And with the Three M's - Maleny, Montville and Mapleton - down the road, it really would be a great base for a holiday (when we're allowed across the border).

It's such a gorgeous pocket of the hinterland and the owners have left no stone unturned. You'll definitely need to book in a retreat once you can get into Queensland!
